Hot Insulation is required for environment temperature exceeding 60 ˚ C. This type of Insulation comes under Hot Insulation. The materials required and generally applied for the Hot Insulation are Mineral Wool, Fiber Glass, Ceramic Fiber, Calcium Silicate, Perlite, Aerogel (Pyrogel) etc.

Cold Insulation is required for environment temperature below ambient. This type of Insulation comes under Cold Insulation. The materials required and generally applied for the Cold Insulation are Cellular Glass, Fiber Glass, Polyurethane(PUR),Polyisocyanurate(PIR), Elastomeric Rubber, Polystyrene, Phenolic, Aerogel (Cryogel) etc.

Aluminum, Stainless, Galvanized, Aluzinc, Aluminized Steel, PVDF & Other Coating comes under Roll Jacketing. Roll Jacketing is the protective outer surface covering for mechanical insulation systems including pipe, vessels, and equipment. The jacket is used for a variety of reasons including keeping materials dry and damage free. They also protect against corrosive atmosphere, water and UV exposure. Aluminum falls under ASTM B209 standard and Stainless Steel under ASTM A240. We stock mainly alloys of Aluminum A1050, A3003, A3105, A6061 and Stainless Steel Type 304/304L and Type 316/316L Special alloys are also available upon request.
